About GOJA
Our food begins with the familiar—the tastes and techniques of our cultures—but it doesn’t end there. As a collective, we work together to transform these foundations, blending influences, altering flavours, and creating something distinctly ours. The result is a dining experience that is both personal and unexpected—food that tells a story of collaboration, heritage, and play.
At our pop-ups, we showcase this evolving dialogue through carefully curated dishes, highlighting anko, spice, and dorayaki as key elements of our culinary identity. But Goja is more than just food. Through workshops, natural dyeing, plate design, and storytelling, we explore the ways food can bring joy beyond the plate.
We invite guests to taste, engage, and experience the many layers of culture and creativity that shape what we do. Goja is a continuous process of learning, sharing, and reimagining food—together.
Curating Flavours, Crafting Connections
We craft curated dining and creative experiences in museums, cafés, studios, and unexpected spaces. Each event is an opportunity to explore new flavours, stories, and connections. Rooted in our cultures yet shaped by collective experimentation, our food transforms familiar traditions into something distinctly ours.
Beyond the plate, we bring people together through interactive workshops, tea pairings, natural dyeing, and design. Whether through taste, texture, or storytelling, we create moments of joy and curiosity.
To continuously push the boundaries of what food can be. With every event, we introduce new dishes, teas, and experiences—always evolving, always authentic to Goja.
