Reimagining comfort food through the GOJA lens.
Come take a seat at our table and embark on a culinary journey of comfort dishes from across the globe. We've drawn inspiration from the foods we grew up eating and given them the GOJA twist, where bold flavours meet in unexpected, delicious ways.
This time, we're sharing our take on Indian pani puri, Japanese karaage, onigiri, miso soup, and South African malva pudding. We will also be serving our spiced nuts. Each dish blends elements from different culinary palettes into something whole, surprising and deeply comforting.
